Tatyana booked us for her wedding at the Houston Zoo for chocolate favors for rehearsal dinner & a sweets table at her wedding reception which included gourmet mini cupcakes in carrotcake, chocolate & raspberry white chocolate, chocolate shots (non alcoholic), artisanal chocolates, gourmet Nan Khatai (Indian shortbread cookie with cardamom) caramelized nuts & fresh berry parfaits, fresh watermelon juice, raspberry sorbet & almond pecan milkshakes. Chamak Chocolates was hired to do a chocolate tasting table and we also made fresh strawberry sorbets & kulfi for a fundraiser benefit for Foundation Fighting Blindness of Houston April 2014
To be festive we decided to dress up in Aladdin esque ensembles and look forward to adding unique themed outfits when we do chocolate tables at events. The guests really enjoyed our station and were asked to guess what was in the three flavors. For the event we created minis of Sholay(hot/spicy dark choc), Chashmey Badoor(anise seed and crunch white choc) & Nougat
We were booked a beautiful bridal client, Farheen's Mehndi Dec 2013 (day 1 of the wedding events) and created a green gold and yellow table setting to feature our custom flavors including apricots dipped in chocolate, a signature flavor for the bride & groom based on their favorite flavors, and ginger coconut ball truffle tree and featured our Indian sweets Barfi, Khoya & specially made Ghajar Ka Halva (carrot halwa) truffles .
Chamak has offered complimentary chocolates at the annual The Great Banh Mi Cook Off benefitting the BPSOS Vietnamese American community organization twice and our Vietnamese inspired flavors have been a hit
Blueberry Mango Toffee Parfait- white chocolate mango glassage layyered over handmade toffee crunch, whipped cream, fresh blueberries and fresh mango
Almond & Chocolate Mousse Cup - (nonvegan) traditional milk chocolate cups, mousse and almond halva layered and topped with dark chocolate glassage, silver leave & almonds
Sundaes: no sweets table or catering menu is complete without classic sundae with vanilla ice cream, our signature chocolate sauce on top of a banana slice on a base of Bombay Brownie and this one was decorated with a cherry and a Happy Birthday milk chocolate plaque for a kids birthday party, $3 each

A Merryl Lynch senior executive arranged a customer appreciation & health lunch at The Transformation
where we had the pleasure of educating guests on health and wellness with our team of wellness professionals
including our wellness consultant, life coach/psychotherapist and health and vegetarian cooking expert. We
were pleased to provide a healthy Indian vegan and low sugar cuisine as requestsed. These desserts were a hit and we were booked by two other organizations by guests at this retreat held at The Transformation Studio
Chocolate Almond Mousse is made with tofu, carob,
cocoa & dark chocolate, flavored with cardamom,
almond essence and layered on a bed of almond
halwa (paste) lightly sweetened with coconut sugar.

puree, layered with chia seeds, oats. garnished with
strawberries on top and blueberries on the bottom
